We are able serve as an unbiased third party for all forms of real estate litigation. Our President & Chief Appraiser, M. Estela Poetzinger, holds the MAI Designation, the highest honor for a real estate appraiser. She has obtained special educational competency by completing the Appraisal Institute professional development program for Litigation, which has been accomplished by less than ten fee appraisers in the State of Ohio. In addition, Ms. Poetzinger and co-founder, Kyle Kundrath, have completed over 700 combined hours of Appraisal Education in the past seven years.
